Return Policy and Procedure

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to help! Items can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  1. The item must be new, unused, in original packaging with all associated tags.
  2. Returns, defective items or warranty issues must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization number. Please contact us to obtain an RA number.
  3. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  4. Mounted skis are non-refundable unless defective or warranty issue.

If you have a problem with your order, or a question about returns, please contact our returns department, be sure to include your order number.

International Orders

For all international orders, including Canada and New Zealand, our return policy and procedures remains the same. Please note that customers who refuse to pay tariffs on imported good will have their items returned to Volkl Sale and will be refunded the cost of the items, minus any applicable shipping fees.
