Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipments

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order. Your UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you have a spam filter on your email program, please note that some programs will block the message. Please check your spam/bulk mail folder for the email or email us at sales@epicpeak.com for the tracking number.

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Be sure to provide us with a street address for shipping, and if we are shipping to a business address please make a note of it on your order.

International Orders

We ship to Canada via USPS. You can track your USPS order using the USPS tracking system.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

Shipping for New Zealand will be invoiced separately from the order. We will not send skis out until shipping has been paid. Shipping rates are as follows to New Zealand:

• Skis measuring 151cm or less – shipping cost $127.00
• Skis measuring 152cm – 173cm – shipping cost $265.00
• Skis measuring 175cm – 194cm – shipping cost $290.00

Changes and Delays

If for any reason there are changes in shipping rates or delays in your order, you will receive prompt notification from VolklSale.
